Not All Whens Are Time (2023) for Media A Studios

These renders are the fourth in a series of museum installations by Media A Studios (links to previous exhibits and reviews). These complex diagrammatic narratives are 3x9 meter visual reflections of moments and connections beyond space and linear time. Probing the speculative shape of the self in the dawn of man’s interdependent relationship with sentient technology. These non-linear narratives explore moments of original manifestation and a greater examination of how our lives and our works impact generations that we will not live to meet. These diagrammatic narratives enlist our imaginative thumbprint in the future as a hopeful exercise intended to spark wonder amidst the evident malaise we face in coping with the potential entropic intersections of technology and humanity. The topography in this four-part matrix is designed as a signifier of the dimensions of our drives spanning from dense matter impulses (survival, fear, destructive) and etheric (love, creativity, constructive.) Time and memory live here as an amorphous ontological whole called “The Unified Field.” The texts used to fill this stage of the design renders were Gregory Ganssle’s ‘God and Time’ article and Isaac Asimov’s essay ‘The Last Question.’

Groupthink Podcast Cover (2019) World Economic Forum

These podcast album renders reflected recordings of in person narratives facilitated by our Austin Global Shaper’s chapter. I helped facilitate a creative suite for marketing on multi-media platforms as well as the unique design elements for each event’s podcast tile.

GroupThinkATX is a series of events we hosted monthly at Native Hostel, consisting of honest conversations with a diverse group of thinkers.
